Payment timing

Service starts immediately after the payment completes. Purchased points are credited to the account once the payment completes.
Expiration of points
Points are valid for less than 180 days from the date of purchase. Points become invalid once 180 days or more have passed since the date of purchase.

Refunds and cancellations
Because of the nature of digital content, cancellations and refunds after purchase are not accepted. If the service fails to work as provided, we handle it case by case. If individual handling is needed, please contact support.
Account deletion
Points held at the time a user voluntarily deletes their account are neither refunded nor exchanged for cash.
