These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the conditions for using the video calling service and related functions (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Company.

Users shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

1. “User” refers to any individual who uses the Service.
2. “Account” refers to the information registered by a User in order to use the Service.
3. “Content” refers to images, videos, text, audio, communications, and other information transmitted, displayed, uploaded, or otherwise made available through the Service.

1. The Service is available only to persons who are 18 years of age or older.
2. By registering for or using the Service, the User represents and warrants that the User is at least 18 years old.
3. Individuals wishing to use the Service must agree to these Terms and complete the registration procedure prescribed by the Company.
4. The Company may assess registration applications based on its criteria and may refuse or cancel registration where the Company reasonably determines that the applicant does not satisfy the requirements for use of the Service.
5. The Company may require age verification or other verification procedures where necessary for legal, regulatory, payment, safety, or compliance purposes.

1. Users shall properly manage their account information, including their user ID and password, under their own responsibility.
2. Users may not transfer, lend, share, or otherwise permit third parties to use their account information.
3. Users shall promptly notify the Company if they become aware of unauthorized use of their Account.

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

1. Acts that violate applicable laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
2. Acts that encourage, facilitate, solicit, or assist violations of laws or regulations.
3. Acts related to criminal activity.
4. Displaying, performing, or engaging in sexually explicit conduct through the User’s own camera during a video call.
5. Sending, uploading, or otherwise transmitting sexually explicit images or videos to performers or other users.
6. Allowing any third party to appear in a video call, or sending or transmitting any image or video depicting a third party.
7. Sending, uploading, displaying, or transmitting Content that infringes or may infringe the copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of the Company, another User, or any third party.
8. Creating, possessing, transmitting, soliciting, distributing, or otherwise facilitating child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”) or any sexual content involving a person under 18 years of age.
9. Creating, transmitting, distributing, threatening to distribute, or otherwise handling non-consensual intimate images or videos (“NCII”), or any other sexual or intimate Content created or shared without the consent of the person depicted.
10. Sending, transmitting, requesting, or facilitating any unlawful sexual Content or any sexual Content involving coercion, exploitation, abuse, trafficking, or lack of consent.
11. Soliciting, arranging, facilitating, advertising, or offering prostitution, in-person sexual services, sex trafficking, human trafficking, or any in-person meeting for the purpose of providing sexual services.
12. Collecting, storing, using, or disclosing personal information regarding performers, other Users, or third parties without authorization.
13. Harassing, threatening, stalking, coercing, exploiting, deceiving, or otherwise harming performers, other Users, or third parties.
14. Interfering with the operation, security, systems, networks, or functionality of the Service.
15. Attempting to circumvent age verification, geographic restrictions, account restrictions, safety measures, payment restrictions, or other controls implemented by the Company.
16. Using the Service for any purpose that the Company reasonably determines to be unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or inappropriate.

(1) The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice where reasonably necessary, including in the following circumstances:

• ・maintenance, inspection, repair, or updates to systems related to the Service;
• ・technical failures, security incidents, or system disruptions;
• ・natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control;
• ・where suspension is necessary for legal, regulatory, safety, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

(2) The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by Users as a result of measures taken under this Article, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

(1) The Company may, without prior notice, remove or restrict access to Content, restrict all or part of a User’s use of the Service, suspend the User’s Account, or terminate the User’s registration where:

• ・the User violates or is reasonably suspected of violating these Terms;
• ・Content is reasonably suspected to be illegal, infringing, abusive, non-consensual, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited;
• ・false or misleading information is found in registration or verification information;
• ・the Company receives a complaint, report, request from a depicted person, rights holder, payment provider, law enforcement authority, or other competent authority;
• ・action is reasonably necessary to protect performers, Users, third parties, or the Service;
• ・action is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, card-network rules, payment-provider requirements, or other compliance obligations; or
• ・the Company otherwise reasonably determines that continued use of the Service is inappropriate.

(2) The Company may investigate reports or suspected violations and may preserve relevant information where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, compliance, or evidentiary purposes.

(3) The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from measures taken under this Article, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. Where required or permitted by applicable law, the Company may preserve, disclose, or provide relevant information to law enforcement authorities, regulatory authorities, courts, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (“NCMEC”), payment providers, card networks, or other appropriate organizations.
2. The Company may make reports concerning suspected CSAM, exploitation, trafficking, illegal Content, or other suspected unlawful activity where required or permitted by applicable law.

1. The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by Users in connection with the Service, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
2. The Company shall not be responsible for disputes arising between a User and a performer, another User, or any third party in connection with the Service.
3. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

The Company may change, add to, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service where reasonably necessary.

Where required by applicable law or where the Company determines that the change materially affects Users, the Company will provide appropriate notice.

Due to the nature of digital services and digital Content, cancellations and refunds after purchase are generally not accepted.

If purchased Content cannot be accessed or viewed, please contact support.

The Company may amend these Terms where reasonably necessary.

Where required by applicable law, or where an amendment materially affects Users, the Company will notify Users or otherwise make the revised Terms available before or when the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections that may apply to Users under applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
