Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using the video calling app (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Company. Users shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "User" refers to all persons who use the Service.

2. "Account" refers to the information registered by a user to utilize the Service.

Article 3 (User Registration)

1. Individuals wishing to use the Service must agree to these Terms and complete the user registration as prescribed by the Company.

2. The Company will assess registration applications based on its criteria and notify applicants of the outcome.

Article 4 (Management of User ID and Password)

1. Users shall properly manage account information (user ID and password) under their own responsibility.

2. Users may not transfer or lend account information to third parties under any circumstances.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service.

  • 1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • 2. Acts related to criminal activities
  • 3. Acts that infringe on the rights of the Company, other users, or third parties
  • 4. Acts of collecting or storing personal information about other users
  • 5. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
Article 6 (Suspension of Service Provision, etc.)

1. The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to users in the following cases.

・When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of systems related to the Service

・When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters

2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of measures taken by the Company in accordance with this article.

Article 7 (Usage Restrictions and Registration Deletion)

1. The Company may restrict all or part of a user's use of the Service or delete their registration as a user without prior notice in the following cases.

・In the event of a violation of any provision of these Terms

・If it is discovered that there is false information in the registration details

・In other cases where the Company deems the use of the Service to be inappropriate

2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of measures taken by the Company in accordance with this article.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever incurred by users in connection with the Service.

2. The Company shall not be responsible for any disputes arising between a user and other users or third parties in connection with the Service.

Article 9 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)
The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue its provision without prior notice to users.
Article 10 (Cancellation and Refunds)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once a purchase is confirmed. However, if you are unable to access the purchased content, please contact our support team.
Article 11 (Changes to Terms of Use)
The Company may change these Terms without notifying users when deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect once they are posted on the Service.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court that has jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
